Who's a good boy? I am!!! My name is Shane and I'll steal your heart and also your side of the bed! LOL! I will do anything for treats so I know that I'll learn fast! Food and toys are my faves so if I show some behaviors that you don't like, you can easily distract me when you're teaching me how to have good manners.I had a rough start in life and was found running around on my own. I want a family who will care for me my whole life and I promise to do everything I can to be the best boy ever!If you think your dog would like romping around with me, bring them and the whole family to meet me! I would be ok in a home without other dogs if you promise to play with me a lot!If you would like to meet me, please submit an application for me on our website https://www.friendsofmichigan.org/adoptable-dogs. I am neutered, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. My adoption fee is $300, which covers all of the medical care I have received.**Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
