She makes no secret of her appreciation for affection, showering volunteers with lots of love and kisses. Harper is a loyal gal who just wants to be where you are. She has a fondness for toys and her light-hearted personality is such a joy to be around. Harper will thrive in a family that will keep her exercised daily and engaged with those around her.
