I'm sweet & smart, cute, calm & cuddly!! I'm BIANCA, a 5yr old Bichon/Spaniel mix. I'm 8" tall at my shoulders and weigh a solid 22lbs. I ADORE my humans ~ my Happy Place is with them. I can be a bit shy with men at first. Once I get to know you (guy or gal), I'll be your perfect lap dog ~ always ready for scratches, belly rubs & snuggles. I am house-trained. I'm not vocal about letting you know I need to go out so you'll need to watch for my signs .. I start to pace and get a bit antsy at the door. I LOVE my walks ~ I even do a Happy Dance as we get ready to go! I walk nicely on leash but do need gentle reminders to stay on one side of you and, not to pull when I see another dog. I don't mind other dogs. I do growl at everyone I see (I'm working hard to learn I don't need to do this). The funny thing is, I wag my tail like crazy as I'm growling!! If we approach with caution, I'm usually fine & happy to say HI. I have to say though, I'm not a fan of big or high energy dogs….. they get in my face too much and it makes me nervous. I'm not a fan of my kennel ~ My Fosters have learned that I am a well behaved girl if left out while they are gone. I'm happy on the couch with a treat, and when they return, they find me right where they left me! I'm just that good 😉 I've met a few little people, with a slow intro and once I check them out, I'm good; however a home with older kids would be preferred. I have a Foster brother (cat) and pretty much ignore him (but I think he'd like to play). I'm a gentle girl with simple needs…. a quiet & safe place to call home and someone who loves me TONS, who enjoys going for walks, is up for playing a wee game of fetch, and is ready to chill on the couch together at the end of the day (well…. anytime of day, really!)
