Hi, my name is Maia! Maia stands for “great mother” in Greek, which is exactly what I am. I’ve just had a litter of puppies and all of my babies have been adopted. I’m hoping it's my turn now and am hoping to find a foster home that will help me get out of the shelter and into a warm, loving and above all else safe place to stay. The shelter is hard on me but I’m so resilient. I’m very calm and very well-mannered and bond really well with people. When I'm out of my kennel I'm the shelter staff's little shadow. I’m GREAT on the leash and don’t pull at all. I love all dogs and great with cats! The shelter staff gush over me and tell me how precious I am. I’m an overall well-balanced dog and in desperate need of a foster home. It’s moms time to find her safe haven where I will be eternally loved and appreciated for the amazing dog I am. ##1682348##
