Hi there! My name is Roxy! I’m approximately 3 years old and weigh 50lbs. I was a found as a stray and sadly I was never reclaimed. Unfortunate for my previous parents, but fortune for my future Mom & dad! I’m ready to restart my life with a forever family!Happy, outgoing, friendly, energetic are just a few to describe my personality! I love to run around in the fenced in yard here and play with my dog-friends. The volunteers here have been great! They’ve been helping me learn my manners and basic commands… especially with tasty treats! Long walks are always a favorite of mine, it helps me burn energy! I have not been around cats since being in the shelter so a slow introduction would need to be completed to ensure a happy interaction. We have volunteers as young as 10 years old and I do well with them. My adoption fee is being SPONSORED!!If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
